HIV/AIDS Surveillance Program

The Delaware HIV/AIDS Surveillance Program of the state Division of Public Health (DPH) provides a wealth of information on persons living with HIV/AIDS in Delaware. Its mission is the ongoing, systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of data collected for persons living with HIV and AIDS.
